The 4 best sports Apps to get your daily dose of exercise

Do you find it hard to get out of your couch or desk chair? We have selected four varied exercise Apps that are also free of charge. This will make exercising a piece of cake, even at work.

1. Stand Up
Do you keep forgetting to stand up more often during your work? The Stand Up App will help you. Every hour, the App will give a signal that it is time to move around. This is how you can prevent back and neck problems by sitting too much and too long. This App is currently only available in the App Store.

2. Tep
Tep is a digital giraffe that you must keep alive and let grow by doing more exercises. The App works with GPS as well as with activity trackers. There is the option to receive feedback from Tep during your exercising. For every performance, you get coins that you use to satisfy Tep's needs. When you don't exercise enough, Tep will tell you. The App is currently only accessible to Apple users.

3. Seven minute workout
Time is not an issue with this exercise App. You follow a series of strength exercises during seven tough minutes. Each exercise, such as squats or push-ups, takes 30 seconds after which you get 10 seconds of rest. This App will definitely increase your heart rate! Seven-minute workout is available for Android and Apple devices.

4. Couch to 5K
Do you want to start running but you don't know how to begin? This training programme will help you get started. Over a period of nine weeks, you go running three times per week. Select your interactive coach, share your results with friends, and become a member of a community to get the maximum result. The App is available for Android and Apple devices.
