The scores range from 0 to 20 points. Look below for your score:

Score to 5: you do not have excessive stress
You deal with stress in a healthy way. This ensures that you recover quickly after a stress response. If you already have certain symptoms, they often disappear the next day.

Score from 6 to 10: You feel less relaxed than normal
Maybe you are expecting something exciting? Keep a close eye on whether this interferes with your daily functioning.

Score from 11: You suffer from excessive stress
Standing too long under negative tension involves physical and mental complaints. Read our blogs about stress and follow the tips to prevent stress as much as possible. Consult your doctor if the symptoms continue to persist.

This test is a snapshot. It may therefore be that you are experiencing a stressful situation today, but you will not be bothered by it tomorrow. The most important thing is to listen to your gut feeling.
