9 food products that stabilise your blood pressure

A high blood pressure increases the chance of cardiovascular diseases. If your blood pressure is too high, you can adjust your eating habits for a better balance. You will be surprised which food products will lower your blood pressure.

1. Apples
So common yet so effective. It is true: an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
